  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • Garlic, finely chopped
  • Herbs, various finely chopped (e.g. parsley, chives, etc.)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with a little cream until creamy. Then cut the spring onions into fine tubes and add them. Now add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Super delicious with jacket potatoes or as a dip. Also very tasty on fresh black bread.
