- Beat the cream with the cream stabilizer, sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Add the cream cheese and quark and stir everything well.
- Roast the almonds in a pan until golden.
- Layer everything one after the other in a glass. First the cream, then the cherry compote and finally the almonds.
- Instead of 2 packs of vanilla sugar, you can also use the pulp of a fresh vanilla pod and just one pack of vanilla sugar.
