Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 200 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 100 g almond (s), sliced
  • 50 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the almonds and sugar for the topping.
  2. For the dough, beat the cream until it is almost stiff. Stir in sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and keep stirring vigorously.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in a tablespoon at a time. Spread the dough in a greased baking sheet (adjustable 32x36cm), first spread the raspberries and then the almond mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes until light brown.
