- salt

- Butter or oil
- 1 cup sweet cream
- g cheese, (Gouda), grated
- Chives or parsley

- Clean, peel and core the zucchini and cut into slices. Braise the zucchini in a little butter or oil. Salt and pepper. Steam the zucchini until they are nice and soft, pour in the cream. Boil. Add the cheese and let it melt. Serve garnished with chives or parsley. Good Appetite
