Creamy Coffee Dessert with Breakfast Cereals

Creamy coffee dessert with breakfast cereals is an excellent combination of delicate creamy jelly with the addition of coffee and airy chocolate balls.
Cook: 1 hour 40 minutes
Ingredients
- Cream, 33% fat – 350 ml
- Dry breakfast (chocolate balls) – 100 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Milk – 50 ml
- Gelatin – 15 g
- Instant coffee – 3 teaspoon
- Water (boiling water) – 100 ml
Directions
- Stir gelatin in milk, leave to swell for 5 minutes. Then dissolve in a water bath and let cool.
- Pour boiling water over instant coffee, then stir and cool.
- Beat the cream for 1-2 minutes, then gradually add sugar in a thin stream and beat well until a dense, fluffy mass, for 3-4 minutes.
- Continuing to beat, pour in coffee and gelatin with milk, beat for another 1 minute.
- We fill the glasses by a third with the resulting cream. We put the glasses in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to freeze the mass.
- Pour some of the chocolate balls onto the frozen layer of cream, put a layer of cream on top, and repeat the layer of balls again. We put the dessert in the refrigerator until it hardens completely, for about 1 hour.
