Ingredients
- 200 ml cream
- 5 tablespoon chocolate flakes
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 500 g berries, e.. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, frozen or fresh

- Thaw frozen berries.
- Cook the pudding with milk and sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Let cool down. About half of the pudding is needed, the rest is used for other purposes.
- Beat the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the chocolate flakes.
- Put some pudding in three dessert glasses, berries on top and cream on top. Repeat the process until the ingredients are used up. Put some berries on top for decoration.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set the pudding.
- Also tastes good with other types of pudding or with other fruits such as mango and / or peach.
