  • 250 ml cream
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • chives
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes. Cut the mushrooms into strips.
  2. Put the cream in a saucepan or pan. Stir in the vegetable stock. Sauté the onion in a separate pan and stir into the cream mixture. Add the mushrooms and bring to the boil.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and chives.
  4. It goes well with pasta or potatoes.
