Ingredients

For the cream:

  • 150 g peanut butter, crunchy
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)

For the dough:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 100 g peanuts, roasted and salted, for sprinklin

Instructions

  1. Grease a rectangular shape approx. 18 x 25 cm. Refrigerate. Roughly chop the roasted peanuts. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. For the batter, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, stirring occasionally. Put aside.
  3. In the meantime, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and egg until creamy. Then stir the butter into the melted chocolate. Put aside.
  4. Beat the eggs until frothy, pour in the sugar and whip until creamy. Stir in the slightly cooled chocolate mixture. Mix the flour and cocoa, sieve over it and fold in with the milk.
  5. Pour about 2/3 of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle on half of the peanuts. Spread the peanut cream on top, spread the rest of the batter on top and marble a little with a fork. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top.
  6. Divide into rectangular pieces.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
