Ingredients

  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 60 g olives, reen, pitted
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 1 bunch rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 pork schnitzel, (approx. 150 grams each)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and olives into slices, crumble the cheese. Pluck the thyme and rosemary from the stems. Fry the schnitzel in oil, season with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet. Cover with tomatoes, olives, cheese and the herbs, season with a little more salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes (electric stove 200 degrees / gas level 3)
