Crispy Eggplant Appetizer in the Oven

Making an eggplant dish in the oven is easy. You only need a few products – and a crispy appetizer with a tender eggplant inside is ready! The recipe is so simple that anyone can handle it. Such baked eggplants in cheese breading will definitely please. Prepare!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant – 500 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs – 130 g
  • Wheat flour – 40 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Garlic – optional

Directions

  1. Cut the eggplants into identical cubes, salt very well, and leave for 10-20 minutes. Then rinse and squeeze gently.
  2. Mix eggplant with flour.
  3. Combine crackers, spices, and grated cheese. Beat the egg until smooth.
  4. Dip the eggplant in the egg, then in the breading. Place the breaded eggplants on a baking sheet with baking paper. We bake the eggplants in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  5. A crispy eggplant and cheese snack baked in the oven is ready. Bon Appetit!
