Ingredients

  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ciabatta, or baguette
  • some olive oil
  • sage

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and dice the onions as well. Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion with the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and the sage.
  2. Cut the ciabatta or baguette into slices, drizzle with olive oil and briefly toast in the oven.
  3. Spread with the mass and enjoy pure or with a soup.
