Ingredients
- 200 g tomato (s)
- 100 g pointed cabbae
- 65 g mun bean seedlins, freshly sprouted
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 dash stevia
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
- Seasoned Salt
- Pepper, fresh from the mill
- 1 can tuna, without oil
- 1 basil leaf, finely chopped

- Thoroughly mix vinegar, water, stevia, herb salt and pepper in a bowl, then add the olive oil and mix well again.
- Cut the pointed cabbage into small pieces. First add the cabbage and mung bean sprouts to the bowl and mix thoroughly with the dressing. Remove the stalk from the tomatoes and cut into slices, just cut the small tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl. Mix in carefully. Drain the tuna and add to the salad. Garnish with the basil.
