  • 230 g flour
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 420 ml milk
  • 40 g butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat the egg yolks, then stir in the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add butter and milk and mix well. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold under the dough with a spatula.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and fry medium-sized, thick pancakes. It is best to just let the dough run into the pan and not spread it.
  3. Especially delicious with Nutella!
