- 350 g oat flakes
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 100 g chocolate, dark
- 150 g honey, more liquid
- 1 packet bourbon vanilla sugar
- 60 g cocoa powder, reduced suar
- 1 tablespoon oil

- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix all ingredients well. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
