Ingredients

  • 200 g oat cream cheese (roll)
  • 2 tablespoon rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 tablespoon nuts, mixed or trail mix without raisins)
  • 5 ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • some sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the goat cheese roll into 4 slices and place on 2 ovenproof plates. Roughly chop the rosemary and sprinkle over it. Drizzle with the honey.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 ° on the second rack from above for approx. 4 to 5 minutes (convection not recommended). Roughly chop nuts or trail mix. After 2 minutes, sprinkle over the cheese slices and bake with them.
  3. Mix the chilli flakes, oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve the cheese slices sprinkled with a little coarse sea salt in the sauce.
  4. Raisin bread toasted in rosemary butter goes well with it.
