Ingredients
- 150 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 40 grams sugar
- 100 g chips (banana chips)
- 150 grams flour
- 100 g oat flakes (whole rain oat flakes)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 150 g butter, soft
- 150 g Nutella (or other nut nouat cream)
- 1 egg (s) (size M)

- Lightly caramelize the hazelnuts and sugar in a non-stick pan. Let cool down. Roughly chop the banana chips.
- Mix the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt together. Beat the honey, butter, 100 g Nutella and the egg until frothy. Stir in the flour mixture, 3/4 of the caramelized hazelnuts and the banana chips. Cut off small piles of dough with a teaspoon and place on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- Bake one after the other in the preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 180 ° C, fan: 160 ° C, gas: level 3) for 8 - 13 minutes until crispy.
- Cool on a wire rack. Garnish with the rest of the melted nut nougat cream and caramelized hazelnuts.
