- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 handfuls corn flakes
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 500 ml vegetable oil

- Chicken breast from tendons, fat, etc. to free. Cut into larger or smaller pieces as desired.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl with the spices. Put the flour in a deep plate. Beat the corn flakes in a bag. These are then mixed with the breadcrumbs in a deep plate.

- Then heat the oil in a saucepan. When the fat is very hot, add the nuggets and deep-fry for about 5 minutes on a high (but not the highest level) until they are golden brown. Then drain on a kitchen towel.
