Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillet (s)
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, grainy (e.g. homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, hotter
  • 60 g cheese, rated
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, mixed chopped
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet. Mix the butter with both types of mustard, cheese, onions, breadcrumbs and herbs to a paste. Spread the paste on the fillets and bake the fish in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 15-20 minutes.
