Ingredients
- 2 cucumber (s), unpeeled, finely chopped (put 4 columns aside for decoration)
- 400 g yourt, Greek (10% fat content)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- some white pepper from the mill
- 4 sprigs mint, leaves torn off
- 400 ml mineral water
- 12 ice cubes, crushed
- 4 slices watermelon (s), cut into pieces

- Finely puree the cucumber, yoghurt, cumin, salt, pepper and mint leaves from 2 stalks in a blender. Add mineral water and ice and pour into glasses.
- Sprinkle the melon pieces with the remaining mint leaves and serve separately.
