Wash and quarter the cucumber, cut off the seeds and cut the cucumber into fine cubes. Cut the paprika, olives and sheep cheese into fine cubes and the spring onions into fine rings. Put everything in a bowl.
For the dressing, mix the yogurt with dill, lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the bowl and mix everything carefully.
Then put the lettuce in the fridge for at least 2 hours to steep.
