- 2 teaspoons honey
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons dill, fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- 1 cucumber (snake cucumber)

- Dissolve honey in warm vegetable stock, allow to cool, then stir in curry powder, dill, vinegar, salt and olive oil. Peel the cucumber, slice thinly and fold into the dressing.
