Cupcake “Minute” (in the Microwave)

The cake in a cup turns out to be incredibly tender, airy, and tasty. The dessert impresses with its simplicity of preparation and the speed with which the biscuit is baked in the microwave – no more than 1 minute! It is very convenient to have such a recipe in your notebook if guests often come to you by chance.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Butter, melted – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 6 tbsp
  • Liqueur “Baileys” – 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Whipping cream – 100 ml
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Beat the egg lightly.
  2. Add melted butter, liqueur, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Stir.
  4. Place the dough into cups.
  5. I put all the dough in one 300-gram cup, which I later regretted. I concluded that this amount of dough should be distributed into two 300-gram cups or three 200-gram cups. You need to fill the cups a little less than half.
  6. Then I sent the cup to the microwave and cooked at maximum power for 50 seconds. You may need a little more or less time, but do not bake the cake in the microwave for more than 1 minute, otherwise, it will dry out and lose its airiness and tenderness.
    This is how I got a biscuit in a cup, with a huge hat. I sent the cake to the freezer to cool it down faster. I took it out after 5 minutes, it was still warm.
  7. I cut off the biscuit cap in the cup.
  8. Whipped cream with powdered sugar. Decorated a sponge cake in a cup with buttercream.
