Ingredients

  • 500 g spelled flour, 630
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 50 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 g water
  • 20 g yeast, fresh

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in a bowl, sprinkle salt over it and let both become liquid.
  2. Add sugar and water and stir.
  3. Then stir in the sour cream and curd cheese with a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the flour and knead in.
  5. Knead the dough well and cover it for half an hour.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and grind round.
  7. Place each roll on a tray with a little space between them and cover and let them rest for another half an hour.
  8. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  9. Before zeroing in, make a single cut in the middle of all the rolls.
  10. Then shoot in and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Don`t forget to swath in the first 10 minutes!
