Curd Dessert (Very Light)

A very easy dessert to prepare, it includes two main components – cottage cheese and condensed milk. The filling can be changed to your liking, we will use peaches.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 2% – 400 g (2 packs of 200 g)
  • Condensed milk – 1 can
  • Gelatin – 20 g (1 pack)
  • For the filling (to taste, but not much):
  • Canned peaches – 2 halves

Directions

  1. Pour out a pack of gelatin, pour cold boiled water (1 cup – 200-250 ml), let it swell for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Cut the peaches into thin slices.
  3. Now the most important thing is to put the cottage cheese into the blender bowl.
  4. Pour a can of condensed milk on top.
  5. Beat everything until smooth – NOT LONG !!!
  6. It turns out whipped curd, it is already very tasty))) You can even eat like that.
  7. Time has passed. We turn on the tile on low heat, the gelatin begins to dissolve, the water with the gelatin should not be hot, you can check it directly with your finger. Literally immediately, as the gelatin has dissolved, we remove it from the stove.
  8. We filter through a fine sieve. If very hot, it is best to let cool.
  9. And pour into dessert, mix (you can manually, you can use a blender).
  10. You can pour the dessert into beautiful portioned molds, or you can pour it into one form. Pour a little curd mass into the bottom of the mold.
  11. Top – peaches. And pour out all the rest. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  12. As it hardens, you can cut it or transfer it to a plate (lower the bottom a little in warm water).
