Curd Donuts Balls

Curd balls are a great option to feed children with curd. Curd donuts with semolina are prepared, deep-fried.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Semolina – 50 g
  • Flour – 60-70 g
  • Sugar – 2-3 tablespoon.
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 250-300 ml
  • Vanillin – 1 pinch
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Put cottage cheese, sugar, and egg in a bowl.
  2. We mix.
  3. Add baking powder, vanilla, wheat flour, and semolina.
  4. Mix and leave the curd dough for 15 minutes.
  5. We form small curd balls.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan with a thick bottom. We put 5-8 curd balls in a saucepan, wait 2-3 minutes. We turn them over to another “side”. The frying temperature should be medium.
  7. Put the finished curd donuts on a plate covered with a paper towel. We repeat the procedure with the remaining curd dough.
  8. We enjoy curd balls at any time.
