Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, rectangular, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 egg (s), /2 for the filling, the rest for brushing)
  • 250 g low-fat quark (curd cheese)
  • 40 g powdered suar
  • 15 g puddin powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 20 g butter, liquid
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Roll out the dough and leave on the baking paper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and then stir in the melted butter. Spread the filling in the middle of the dough. Brush the edges with egg and close the strudel. Brush with egg and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve lukewarm.
