Ingredients
For the jelly:
- 200 ml currant juice
- 50 ml orange juice
- 2 tablespoon, leveled cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon sugar
For the cream:
- 0.5 ½ cup ricotta
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- some currants, rolled in water / sugar for decoration

- Mix the juices in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little juice. Add, stir well and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Fill into glasses and let cool.
- Mix all ingredients for the ricotta top. Put on the cooled jelly. Decorate with sweetened currants.
- Sounds spectacular, but it`s very simple.
