Ingredients
- 400 g currants
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 125 ml milk
- 2 packs vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 130 g Nutella, more or less as required
- 1 packet biscuit (s) (chocolate cookies)

- Wash the currants and carefully pluck them from the green branches without crushing them.
- Crumble the chocolate cookies. This works best in a freezer bag.
- Mix the quark, milk, vanilla sugar and Nutella together and beat until creamy.
- Layer the Nutella quark, cookies and fruit alternately in glasses.
- Finish with Nutella quark and garnish with currants.
