- 3 tablespoon orange juice (100%)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) curry powder (good )
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Now add the meat in portioned pieces as desired and mix well once. It is best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Then either fry the meat or put it on the grill.
