Ingredients
- 4 red pepper (s)
- 1 shallot (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 0.25 tube ¼ tomato paste
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- 50 grams sugar
- 300 ml beef broth
- 3 teaspoons paprika powder, sweet or hot
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper

- Chop the shallots and garlic. Roughly dice the paprika, chop the chilli pepper.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic. Add the diced peppers. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Add tomato paste and chopped chilli, stir vigorously.
- Deglaze with the broth and season with curry and paprika powder, allow to reduce.
- Finally puree with a hand blender.
- Season as needed.
