  • 125 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (fruit vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the egg and cut into small pieces. Mix the mayonnaise with the crème fraîche until smooth, then stir in the honey, vinegar and curry powder. Finally add the egg and carefully fold in.
