Ingredients

  • 25 sausages
  • 1 liter ketchup, (spice ketchup)
  • 1 ½ liter tomato ketchup
  • 250 g tomato (s), passed
  • 11 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 ½ tablespoon honey, (beekeeper honey)
  • 13 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 7 tablespoon nectar, (apricot-orange nectar), 50% fruit content
  • 1 tablespoon sauce, (salsa sauce)
  • 50 ml meat broth
  • 1 splash water

Instructions

  1. Put the ketchup and tomatoes in the saucepan.
  2. Add the Worcester sauce, balsamic vinegar, nectar, salsa sauce, meat stock and water and mix everything well. Slowly stir in the remaining ingredients with a whisk (avoid lumps).
  3. Now fry the sausages well, cut into bite-sized pieces and then mix with the curry sauce.
  4. Bring the whole thing to a boil on medium heat and let it simmer gently while constantly watching, then serve with a very light layer of curry powder.
  5. Freshly baked rolls are a great accompaniment.
  6. These ingredients first create a very fruity taste, which ends with a fine note of sharpness.
