Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 0.5 ½ pack pudding powder, van.
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 3 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • 50 g ladyfiners, (spone finers)
  • 200 g red fruit jelly
  • 250 g quark

Instructions

  1. Cook a pudding out of milk and pudding powder, remove from the plate, melt the chocolate in it, stir the quark into the pudding with the hand blender until the cream has a nice fluffy consistency.
  2. Distribute half of the cream on dessert glasses, pour crumbled ladyfingers over them and also half the amount of groats, then again put cream, groats on top and finally 1 tablespoon of cream on top - chill for about 30 minutes.
