Cutlets “Grechaniki”

In these cutlets, the bread is replaced with buckwheat porridge. The cutlets are very juicy and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork – 400 g
  • Onions – 70 g
  • Buckwheat porridge – 300 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Flour – 5-6 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Wash, dry, chop and grind the meat.
  2. Peel, chop and grind the onion.
  3. Mix onion and ground meat.
  4. Add salt, pepper, eggs and buckwheat porridge. To stir thoroughly.
  5. For each cutlet, you need to take 80 g of prepared cutlet mass (a handful), roll it in flour and give the “Greek” cutlets the required shape.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the “Grechaniki” cutlets in a pan and fry them over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Then turn the cutlets over and fry them for another 3 minutes.
  8. “Grechanika” cutlets are ready.
