Ingredients
- 50 g dandelion - petals - only the yellow tips!
- 150 g rock suar, white
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 1 bottle vodka

- Shake the dandelion flowers well so that small insects can fall out. Then pluck off the yellow flower tips. This stains very strongly, so wear gloves.
- Finely peel the peel of the lemon and then squeeze the lemon.
- Put the dandelion blossoms with lemon zest, lemon juice and rock sugar in a glass. Pour the vodka on top.
- Let stand in a bright place for about 4 weeks, then filter off.
