Ingredients

  • 1 can fish (herring fillet in tomato sauce)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 300 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 dash vinegar

Dani`s Quick Fish Solyanka

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion and garlic in it, then add the finely chopped pickles.
  2. Fill up with water and cook for approx. 5 minutes, then cut the fish up a little and add. Bring to the boil briefly and season to taste with salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Serve with freshly toasted bread.
