Ingredients

  • 125 g butter or mararine
  • 125 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 packet ½ baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon raspberry jam or blackberry jam
  • 2 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g nuts, round
  • 125 g suar

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from butter, 125 g sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder. Grease a 28 cm springform pan, spread the batter in it and pull up one edge.
  2. Spread the jam on top. Mix the egg whites with salt until frothy. Gradually stir in 125 g of sugar. Add the ground nuts and carefully fold in. Spread the mixture on the floor.
  3. Bake at 190 degrees in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 30 minutes.
