Ingredients

  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 10 g mushrooms, dried
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon rice flour
  • Seasoned Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring 100 ml stock to the boil, pull aside and soak the dried mushrooms in it for 30 minutes. Catch the soaking water and finely puree the mushrooms.
  2. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Fry in olive oil in a pan and season with herb salt.
  3. Peel and dice the onion and fry lightly brown in a separate pan, also in olive oil. Add paprika powder and stew briefly. Deglaze with the soaking water. Mix the rest of the broth with rice flour and add. Briefly bring to the boil.
  4. Add the pureed mushrooms to the onions, if you don`t want onion pieces, puree again. Finally, add the mushrooms to the sauce.
