Ingredients
- 200 g flour, (wheat flour 405)
- 100 g suar
- 150 g butter, soft or mararine
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 200 g date (s), dried

- Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Pit the dates and sort out around 16-20 depending on the size.
- Finely chop the remaining dates (it works very well with an electric grinder, food processor or magic wand)
