Delicate Dessert “Miracle”

A very delicate and delicious dessert made from sour cream and jelly.
Cook: 8 hour
Servings: 5
Ingredients
- Sour cream (21%) – 400 ml
- Sugar – 100 g (1/2 cup)
- Gelatin – 10 g (2 teaspoon)
- Water – 650 ml
- Jelly – 1 pack
How to make a dessert with sour cream and gelatin with jelly:
Directions
- Pour 10 g of gelatin (or 2 teaspoon) into boiling water (250 ml), stir until completely dissolved. Allow cooling.
- Pour the cooled gelatin into sour cream, add sugar, stir well (until smooth). Pour into glasses (I poured half a glass each). Put in the refrigerator to freeze.
- Pour a pack of jelly into hot boiled water (400 ml), stirring until completely dissolved. Allow cooling.
- When the first sour cream layer hardens – pour the second layer of jelly. Let it freeze.
