Ingredients
- Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces
- Sugar – 180 Grams
- Wheat flour – 100 grams
- Cream – 500 Milliliters
- Powdered sugar – 2-3 tbsp
- Chocolate sprinkling – 50 grams
- Jam – To taste
- Sweet tubules – To taste
Directions
- First, let’s make a biscuit. To do this, beat eggs with sugar.
- Gradually add the sifted flour and continue to beat everything with a mixer. Pour the dough into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- While the biscuit is preparing, beat the chilled cream to the peaks, add the powdered sugar.
- Mix everything well with a mixer until smooth. The cream is ready.
- Cool the finished biscuit, divide into two cakes. Grease the first cake with jam, then spread the cream over the entire surface. Cover with a second cake layer, grease the whole cake with butter, not forgetting about the side surface.
- Decorate the cake with chocolate tubes and powder, chill in the refrigerator and serve!
