Ingredients
- 500 g flour (preferably 405 and whole wheat flour, half each
- 20 g flaxseed and 2 Weetabix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 cube yeast
- 500 ml buttermilk

- Mix the flour, flaxseed, crumbled Weetabix and salt together. Dissolve the yeast in the water and add to it. Add the buttermilk and stir everything well. Put the resulting pulpy dough in a greased 30-inch rectangular cake pan. Now cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the form in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes. The bread is done if it sounds hollow when you knock on the underside.
