Delicious Cauliflower Casserole with Sausages, Tomatoes, and Cheese

Delicious cauliflower casserole with sausages, tomatoes, and cheese. The products are all available. Any tomatoes can be used, the number of sausages can be increased. Cook to your liking, bon appetit!
Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 kg
- Sausages – 2 pcs.
- Canned tomatoes – 6 pcs.
- Butter – 30 g
- Cheese – 100 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt – 2 tbsp
You can put more sausages, I only had two. So I had to share it with the whole family. You can add any tomatoes – fresh, canned, or in tomato juice. I poured boiling water over the cabbage so that it baked better and was not dry. You don’t need to cook it first, it will acquire bitterness, and if you cook it, then no more than two minutes, do not forget that we will bake it. The cauliflower casserole can be garnished with a tomato rose.
Directions
- Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences. Pour boiling water into a bowl, add salt, stir until completely dissolved. Dip the cabbage into boiling water, add water, if necessary, to completely cover the cabbage. Cover with cling film, let it brew for 40 minutes.
- Cut the sausage into slices. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter and garlic.
- Remove the peel from the tomato, cut in half, if large, then cut into 4 parts. Put the tomatoes on the bottom. Put the sausages on the tomatoes.
- Drain all the water from the cabbage, put a layer of cabbage. Cover with foil, bake the cauliflower casserole in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Take out the mold, sprinkle the cauliflower casserole with grated cheese on top, put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
