Ingredients
- Vanilla Pudding – 200 Grams
- Milk – 3 Cups (+ 1/4 cup in cream)
- Whipping Cream – 200 Milliliters
- Cookies – 1 To taste (simple shortbread type “Jubilee” or “Tea”)
- Cocoa – 1/3 Cup
- Sugar – 3/4 Cup
- Butter – 100 Grams
- Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
Directions
- To prepare the cream, combine the pudding with milk (if, according to the instructions, you need to boil it, then send it to the fire), dissolve and stir
- Add cream and beat until smooth. You can also make a classic custard or take condensed milk, for example.
- Prepare a convenient dish and place the biscuits in an even layer on the bottom. I want to say right away that you can use absolutely any cookie that you like.
- Place the cream on top.
- And continue to lay out the layers. To make a delicious cake, grease the cookies with enough cream.
- In a small saucepan, send cocoa, milk, sugar.
- Put the saucepan on fire, boil until smooth. Remove from heat, put butter in a saucepan and add vanilla extract. Mix everything well.
- Finish the top layer with cookies and frosting on top. Additionally, you can decorate with nuts, marshmallows or berries, for example.
- Carefully cover the form and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours.
