Delicious Curd Cake

For lovers of sweets, I will offer a cottage cheese cake. The combination of delicate curd and lemon flavor gives a divine taste and tenderness.

Grate the lemon zest.
Rinse the raisins well in hot water.
Place the soft butter and sugar in a bowl.
Whisk butter and sugar.
Then, adding eggs one at a time, mix well all the time.
Add the juice of half a lemon and salt to a bowl. And also grated lemon zest. Add raisins. Stir.
Quench the soda with lemon juice. Stir. Lay out the curd. Mix everything thoroughly.
Sift the flour. Add the sifted flour in portions (half a glass), stir the dough all the time.
Knead the dough well; the consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil. Can be sprinkled with flour or semolina. Put the dough in a greased form. Place the dish on the middle rack in the oven.
Bake at medium temperature (180-190 degrees) for about 50 minutes.
You can sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
