Delicious Ginger Liqueur

Ingredients

50 g iner, fresh
700 ml brandy
200 g honey (linden blossom honey)
4 tablespoon apple juice, (without added sugar)

Instructions

Peel the ginger and cut into fine slices. Pour the brandy over it and leave it covered for a week; Shake several times in between.
After a week, pour through a sieve, mix the ginger with 4 tablespoons of apple juice and the honey, bring to the boil vigorously and cover, let cool, then mix again with the sifted brandy, shake well and close tightly in a bottle.
