- 125 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 80 g almond (s), chopped
- 90 g oatmeal
- 80 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- Mix butter, sugar, salt and egg until frothy. Mix the almonds, oat flakes, flour and baking powder separately and stir into the butter mixture. Place 2 teaspoons of dough in small heaps (10 g) on a baking sheet, leaving enough space. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven (190 degree electric stove) for about 15 minutes until they are golden yellow.
