Delicious Potatoes in the Oven with Wedges

Often there is no time to prepare complex lunches or dinners? An excellent option in such a situation may be a potato dish. See how to cook delicious potato wedges in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Parmesan – 50 Grams
  • Butter – 50 grams
  • Potatoes – 1.2-1.5 Kilograms
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Rinse the potatoes well and pat dry with a paper towel. Do not peel. Cut the potatoes into 4 or 6 pieces (depending on size).
  2. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, salt and add spices (paprika, coriander, black and red pepper, basil, oregano, etc.) Add vegetable oil, mix well.
  3. Place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish in one layer and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Finely chop the garlic, mix with melted butter.
  4. Pour melted garlic butter over potatoes, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and send to bake until tender.
