  • 1 dash sweetener
  • possibly cream
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana, put it in a bowl and add a little water, then puree. Now add water as desired (depending on how many people the drink should be for and how thick or thin you like it). Add liquid sweetener to taste. If you don`t want it to be so low in calories, you can also add a dash (or more) of cream. A dash of lemon juice can add a little pep.
  2. Fill a large glass 1/4 with the crushed ice, pour in the drink.
