- 500 g flour, (spelled flour 600-1000)
- 320 ml water
- 0.5 ½ pack yeast, fresh
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ sea salt
- 1 pinch (s) coriander
- 1 pinch (s) allspice

- Knead all ingredients well and let rise.
